- 1. Non refund of Fees
- Fees once paid is not refundable for any reasons whatsoever.
- 2. Inter Hero Group School Transfers
- Transfers to other group schools due to change of residence or any other reason will not be entertained. Such cases would be considered as a new admission to the other branch, subject to availability of seats.
- 3. Withdrawal Rules
- a). Application for withdrawal is to be made on a prescribed proforma available in the School office. No child is withdrawn till a written request from parents is put up. One month notice period or one month fee in lieu of notice period is required for withdrawal up-to June, after that quarterly fee is charged in lieu of notice period and after November full fee to be paid .
- b). Clearance must be obtained from the fee office, laboratory and library in-charge before applying for withdrawal.
- c). Transfer certificate will be issued after one week of the receipt of the application and clearance of all dues.
- 4. Bus Rules
- a) Request for using the school bus must be made at the beginning of the session i.e. April. No request will be entertained during the mid session.
- b) Existing routes will continue to ply. Change in routes and bus stops will not be entertained.
- c) It will be the sole responsibility of the parents to escort the pupil to and from the fixed bus stops. The bus facility is given at the request, sole risk and responsibility of the parents.
- d) Bus fee can be changed when there is a hike in fuel charges. The school will try not to do so during the session until & unless it is necessary.
- e) The Parents are allowed to withdraw their child from the bus by giving one month notice otherwise one month fee will be charged in lieu of the notice period.
- f) No bus stop will be changed. The parents are to choose the nearest stop.
- 5. Right of Alteration/ Modification
- Management reserves the right to modify, alter and / or include any other terms and conditions that may be deemed fit in the interest of the institution.
- 6. Medical Facility
- a). The School provides facilities of First Aid only.
- b). The School cannot be held responsible for injury suffered by a child. No reimbursement of charge would be made towards any medical treatment.
- 7. Procedure for fee payment
- a). Fee is charged bi-monthly for every student.
- b). Fee is payable in cash only at the school counter/ bank, on working days as per the fee book details.
- c). The name of your ward, class and admission number should be written at the top of the fee book and on all the pages.
- d). Fee, thereafter, is payable at school office on Monday to Friday between 8.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m and up-to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday/ specified days at the bank, if applicable.
- e).Those using the bus must ensure that the correct amount is filled in the fee books.
Bi-monthly fee is due for payment on 1st April/1st May, 1st July, 1st September, 1st November and 1st January( for last quarter). Last date of payment is 15th of the first month of every quarter/bimonthly. A fine of Rs.10/- per day shall be levied from the 16th of the month in which the school dues are to be paid till the end of the second month. In case a child is a fee defaulter for more than 2 months, the name of the child is liable to be struck off the rolls. Re-admission may be given at the parents request along with Rs.500-00 and other fee dues but only at the sole discretion of the Principal.
Note:Only the Registration Form should be submitted at the time of Registration. Admission Form and other forms are required only after the child is granted admission.
Important Information:
- No Certificate / Testimonials are to be submitted along with any form unless specified.
- This form is only for Registration for Admission.
- No fee is to be submitted with this form.
- Kindly attach the Report Card of last exam passed for Admission to class 1 and above.
